0331(1)(c) During the course of this investigation it was determined that a teacher used inappropriate interaction to redirect a child during outdoor play. In interviewing the alledged staff person, a witness, and the director, it was determined that a child was attempting to run away from the line and go to the playground when the teacher in charge of the group held on to the hood/collar of his jacket to prevent him from running in that directon. ??
